DRAUGHTSMAN                     Draughtsman options on task chairs are not recommended for high OPTIONS back chairs. Chairs that are AFRDI approved to AS/NZS 438:1977 with this option will not meet the stability requirements

                                                   on the Standard.

WARRANTY                             The Chairman warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for the period designated for each product or otherwise agreed to in writing. This warranty is made to original users acquiring the product directly from The Chairman. The original user's sole remedy under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement at The Chairman's option. Any warranty work will be performed by The Chairman or its designated agent. This warranty shall not apply to any products which need to be repaired or replaced due to damage caused by negligence, abuse, abuse, accident or shipping. It will also not apply when product has been modified or altered, repaired or refurbished other than by The Chairman or an authorized agent or because of natural variations in materials over which The Chairman has no control.

                                                   The warranty on does not cover the cost of transportation or labour except as agreed to with The Chairman.

                                                   The warranty on fabrics and foam is limited to that given by the manufacturer, agent or supplier.

                                                   This warranty is NOT applicable to end user customers who use The Chairman's products for rental purposes.

                                                   The chair warranty is based on an eight hour, single shift work day and for users weighing up to and no more than 100kgs.

                                                   Except in the case of the purpose built  Heavy Duty 24/7 Chairs that show in the product information their warrantable carrying capacity.
